Hey guys! It's me back with another blog and in this blog we are going to be featuring one of the most OG Kpop fan that I'am acquainted with. I did some interview and ask her a few questions that talks about her being a fan of Kpop for years. I'm just going to put all the questions and the answers below so feel free to read it and learn or get something from it!
1. For you, what is KPOP? and why do you love KPOP?
Kpop is one of my chill pill, I can relax and enjoy anything of kpop song just listening to it. I love kpop, because of the songs meaning plus the creative idols that produce and perform it.
2. How long have you been a KPOP fan? From back then and now is there any difference in terms of the song, the style, and the fandoms?
I can say I'm a proud MULTI-FANDOM and I've been in kpop since 2009. Well in year 2009 more colorful and dancing songs are produced and idols fashion is really creative and I can say fun. While TODAY, new mix of music, mix genre, and mix group. It’s like different flavors but in one music. People are getting modern and still creative like girls can be fierce and strong while guys can be more soft and sweet.
3. What is your ultimate fandom? and Who is your ultimate bias?
My ULTIMATE FANDOM, oh dear that is hard to answer but if I’m going to choose, I think more I got BLACKPINK, BTS, GOT7, & RED VELVET. My biases that’s gonna be a lot but here it goes, JENNIE, JIN, MARK &JOY.
4. How is it being a fangirl/fanboy? Is it hard? Why?
It’s hard being a fangirl especially if you’re an INTERNATIONAL FAN! The struggle is real! Can’t go to a concert, pricey merch, pricey tickets, & wait I think I need a long, long, list.
5. Did you ever buy items, merchandise, or albums? If yes can you state some of your favorite items/merchandise you’ve already bought?
Yes, I bought some when I was on japan.
6. Did you go to any concert of KPOP artist live? If yes, what group or artist? If no, why?
No, because I made a promise that I'll go to a concert when I visited South Korea.
7. Is there any tips that you can give us that you also use in terms of saving up money to buy all the goodies and the concert tickets?
For saving of merch and other stuff or even tickets. I think balancing your savings goes a lot. What I do, is like My "BAON" is 1000 a week, what I do, save the 500 and budget my other half for food and school for a month, then I can buy the pricier merch or albums I want.
8. If you are given the chance to meet and greet your ultimate bias, what would you do and give to them?
I'll just stare, cry, and hug, and take a selfie with them. I'll give them bento and cry again…
9. Lastly, What are your realizations after you become a fangirl/ fanboy since then and now? Can you give any thing that your favorite artist thought you that you will apply for the rest of your life?
I think learning to love yourself and giving yourself credit to the things you work hard for life. I mean people may not notice you for a long time but your day will come and be known for what you did and always stay humble and close to God.
And that's it! I think she's a one relatable fan there. What do you guys think? Do you have any insights or answer to these questions, why don't you let us know in the comments below and let's all share our fangirl/boy life!
Thank you!
