Hi, My name is Katherine Jane O. Mendoza, I’m currently taking Bachelor of Multimedia Arts in Malayan Colleges Laguna. I love drawing and sketching when I have free time or just whenever I am in the mood of being “artistic”. As you can see I am very much into the arts and I enjoy it in any forms of medium. Originally, I really prefer the very old way or the traditional way because I can control it more the in the digital, but right now I am working on my digital artworks. For me, being new to the digital art is a bit challenging and it is a way more different than the traditional, I plan to improve more and do more than what I can imagine. I want to push my limits and boundaries to enhance the talent I have in me. I also want to try and get some commission for my artworks. I want to prove what I can do. And most especially I want to be proud of my artworks and admit to myself that I am a good artist.

As for photography, honestly I really love taking pictures, I have always been in love with photography. I think photos are one of the best way to capture that one time moment in your life. By capturing every moment is just a good way to look back. I was used to taking pictures just by using my phone and that was the easiest because you only point and shoot it and your good to go. So having my very first DSLR camera is a one fulfilling thing for me. Seeing all those photos on the internet makes me want to work hard and I say to myself that I want to capture such a breathtaking photo one day. I want to convey my feelings and other people’s feelings on my photos. And I promise that one day I will make sure that happens.

I can consider myself as a “slow burner” and I think that is not a bad idea at all. Slow burner means someone who do not stand out first, but slowly and surely shows how passionate and impressive they are. I may be amateur in many fields, but soon I will make sure that I can be on the same page with those people who I admire and follow. I am the type of person who knows what my weakness are and tries to search for possible ways on how can I enhance it. I am always seeking for improvement and a bit competitive in other terms. At all times I am ready and open for any opportunity to come my way. A girl who always wants to hear feedback from other people and reflect on it. A girls who is always on the go. A girl who believe that there is always room for improvement. And lastly, a girl who is very appreciative in all and even the smallest things in life.
